Technical Committee
The Technical Committee provides technical expertise for transportation issues. The committee includes staff from the cities of Texarkana, Arkansas; Texarkana, Nash, and Wake Village, Texas; Texas Department of Transportation; Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department; Federal Highways Administration; Ark-Tex Council of Governments; Texarkana Regional Airport; and the Texarkana Urban Transit District. The Technical Committee makes recommendations to the Policy Committee.
